Transparent Apartment Prices

We do not have any "hidden" extra costs!

We are committed to honesty and transparency of the costs associated with the apartment and your stay here in general. Hence, we do not want to charge any fees that are not crystal-clear to you right from the get-go.

Only for short-term stays up to three days or nights are we asking for a short-term fee of EUR 35 per apartment. There is no such charge for four days or nights and more. We do not charge any additional fees per apartment and night - i.e. on top of the general price for the apartments you see below.

Please note : The prices for Apartment A and Apartment B are the same!

Included conditions

The aforementioned prices include all the under Furnishings and Equipment listed conditions. No hidden, extra fees will be charged, no feeds for "final cleaning". Of course, the linens and electricity are also included in the prices.

Merely the under Furnishings listed extra services and goods "upon request" utilized by our guests will be charged.

The official "spa-tax" ("Kurtaxe") in the country of Bischofsmais is per adult and night EUR 0.50. Children do not have to pay any "spa-tax", as long as they are not yet 17 years old.

If you make use of the "roll delivery service" from the local bakery you only have to pay for the goods you order, not for the delivery.

Cost of cancellation

In case of cancellation of your booking we have to charge the following costs (Percentages as adviced by Elvia Travelinsurance Company):

Cancellation until 31 days before arrival	15 % of total booking prices
Cancellation until 4 days before arrival	40 % of total booking prices
Cancellation less than 4 days before arrival	80 % of total booking prices
No arrival	100 % of total booking prices

We advice our guests at their own interest to insure your trip at a travel-insurance-company. This is for example possible at Elvia Reiseversicherung or at Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
